Come join me for all of the Gallery Nights and Days this year at the Pfister. I will be in my gallery space from 5pm to 9pm and then in the Rouge Ballroom for a reception from 9pm to 11:30pm.

Pfister Artist-In Residence Finalist Exhibition at Gallerie M

Friday, January 18, 5pm to 9pm

Come support me and the other finalists at Gallerie M in the Intercontinental Hotel, located at 139 East Kilbourn Ave. The Pfister Artist- In- Residence program is approaching its fifth year and has gained a lot of attention. The chosen finalist will be given a gallery and paid residency for one year in the lobby of the Pfister hotel. The public can vote for thier favorite artist starting on Jan. 18th through Feb. 14th.  Please check back here to find out how you can vote  for me daily via text, twiiter, and facebook.

Please come visit me and the other Plaid Tuba artists at our new location! We are now located on the 6th floor of the Marshall Building, which is located at 207 E. Buffalo Ave. There are a lot of exciting things taking place at this new location- lots of new art, artists, and ventures! (I will not be present on Friday night because I will be at my other opening for the Pfister Finalist Exhibition at Gallerie M, but will be there on Saturday to greet you!)

This is a new body of work I have been working on about my year abroad in Hangzhou, China. I look forward to showing at River Edge as well, which is a great new gallery in Mequon.

MAM After Dark, Milwaukee Art Museum, Milwaukee, Wisconsin

I will be featuring a small body of work along with several other artists for the MAM After Dark event at the Milwaukee Art Museum. All works will be for purchase and I will be there to greet you and talk about my work. The event runs for one night only!

Opening at Caggio: Friday, July 8, from 5pm to 10pm

This summer my new body of work will be featured at Caggio in the front gallery. Matthew Robert Eich, a Chicago musician, will be performing and releasing his new album that was inspired by a series of my paintings. Caggio is located at 918 E. Group Exhibition Aqua Bleu

I was invited by the Racine Art Council to be part of the group exhibition, Aqua Bleu. The premise of the exhibition is the powerful attraction and influence of Lake Michigan on those who live near its waters. It was curated by Jessica Zalewski, who is the marketing specialist at the Racine Art Museum. On June 3 Racine has their  "First Fridays" event and there will be live music by Chris Darby. The show will run from May 6 to June 25 at the Racine Arts Council artspace, 316 Sixth Street, Racine.
