This print is part of the series Fleeting, Flowing, Flying. This series is for those who are grasping for something to hold onto in a sea of transformation and change. It was created when Stephanie was preparing to cross oceans and leave one home for another.

In some way, we are all looking for a place to call home – a place to feel grounded, something we can hold onto. But life, like water and air, is filled with movement and change.

Print Details

Print Materials:
Giclee printing with archival pigmented inks. These inks guarantee longevity and are museum-quality.

Professional-quality, acid-free, pH-neutral paper made from 100% cotton rag.

Matte canvas prints are sprayed with a protective coating that helps seal and protect your print from harmful ultraviolet light and handling.

Print Sizes:
All paper prints come with a ½ inch white border. For example: ½ inch border + 17” x 23” printed image = 18” x 24” print.

All rolled canvas prints come with an additional 2-inch white border for stretching. For example: 18” x 24” canvas print has an 18” x 24” printed image + 2” of border = 22” x 28” inches.


Signature:
Artist’s signature is included on the white border of the paper prints and on the image of the canvas prints.

Color and Cropping: Please note that the colors of the print may shift from screen to screen. In order to offer a variety of sizes there may be some slight cropping that differs from the product photos

Framing Options

Framing is available for all prints. Our frames come in four different finishes and are 100% wood.

Paper prints come with a flat profile frame and acrylic glass. They are 1" wide and will add a 1" border to the dimensions of your print. For example, the total dimensions of a 12" x 12" print framed is 14" x 14".

Canvas prints come stretched, varnished, and in a floater frame. The floater frame has a 5/16" profile and will add a 5/16" border to your print. For example, the total dimensions of a 12" x 12" canvas framed is 12 5/8" x 12 5/8".

Shipping

Tracking: Once your order has shipped, tracking numbers will be automatically emailed to the email address associated with your account. Customers who plan to pick up their order at Stephanie’s studio in Madison will also receive email notifications.

Local Pick-Up: Local pick-up is available at Stephanie’s studio. Choose “local pick-up” at checkout, and shipping costs will not be applied. You will receive an email to arrange a pick-up time.

Domestic: We ship with either UPS or USPS within the continental United States. A shipping fee based on order value will be added to your order at checkout if it is under $300 in the mainland USA (these rates are slightly higher for Hawaii and Alaska). If you spend over this $300 shipping threshold you receive FREE SHIPPING. Shipping takes 1-5 business days after print production.

International: Shipping rates are also applied at checkout if shipping outside mainland USA if you spend under $400. If you spend over this $400 shipping threshold you receive FREE SHIPPING. Please note that we cannot track any package after it leaves the United States and are not responsible for lost or missing packages. If you would like to ship internationally that includes tracking, please select the “International Shipping With Tracking” option, and $60 will be added to your order. The recipient may be required to pay customs fees or VAT determined by the designated country. International shipping takes between 2-4 weeks after print production.


Packaging: Fine art prints larger than 11x14 inches will generally ship rolled in a tube, and prints 11x14 inches and smaller will usually always ship flat. However, depending on the quantity of prints, paper density, and shipping location, we will decide what we think is the best way to ship. Framed prints are wrapped and protected in the appropriate-sized shipping box to protect them from damage.

Print Production time:
Rolled Canvas: 5-6 business days to complete before shipping.
Paper Prints: 3-5 business days to complete before shipping.
Framing: 8-15 business days to complete before shipping

How the work is made.

Stephanie's process is similar to the bodies of water she loves to paint - fluid and ever changing. She loves mixing different processes, such as printmaking, collage, painting, and digital photography. She often blends recognizable elements from her surroundings or memories with abstract shapes, whether by painting over collages or transferring them onto various surfaces.
